Supporting Families

Through Every Step of Potty Training

Gentle, practical guidance to help you and your child move forward with confidence — without stress, pressure, or confusion.

A Supportive Approach Built Around Real Families

Potty training can feel overwhelming — especially when nothing seems to be working the way you expected.

Many parents are told there’s a “right way” to do it. But every child is different, and what works for one family doesn’t always work for another.

That’s why Potty Training Academy was created — to provide calm, practical support that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Whether you’re just getting started or feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

About Tina Robertson

Tina Robertson is a dedicated childcare professional and potty training consultant with a passion for helping families navigate one of childhood’s most important milestones with confidence and ease. With years of hands-on experience working with children of different ages, temperaments, and developmental needs, Tina brings both practical knowledge and a deeply compassionate approach to every family she supports.

Her journey began in a daycare setting, where she worked closely with children and quickly became known for her calm, patient guidance during the toilet learning process. Over time, she saw firsthand how overwhelming and confusing potty training can feel for parents — especially when faced with conflicting advice or challenges like resistance, delays, or special needs. That experience inspired her to offer more personalized support, helping families move away from stress and toward a more positive, child-centered approach.

Tina believes that every child learns differently, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Whether families prefer to call it potty training or toilet learning, her focus is always the same: creating a clear, supportive plan that respects the child’s readiness while giving parents the confidence and tools they need to succeed. Her approach is gentle, practical, and rooted in real-world experience — not just theory.

Today, Tina works with families through one-on-one guidance and online support, helping parents feel less overwhelmed and more empowered. She is especially passionate about supporting children who may need a more individualized approach, including those who are resistant, anxious, or have unique developmental needs.

At the heart of Tina’s work is a simple belief: potty training doesn’t have to be stressful. With the right support, it can be a positive, confidence-building experience for both children and their families.
