Individual Results

Every child is different, and results may vary from family to family.

Potty Training Academy does not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or results from consultations, workshops, resources, or recommendations.

Progress depends on many factors including readiness, consistency, developmental differences, environment, communication, and family participation.

Consultations

Consultations are intended to provide personalized support and guidance based on the information provided by the parent or caregiver.

Recommendations are educational in nature and should be implemented at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Virtual and in-person private consultations may be offered depending on location and availability.

Travel fees may apply for certain in-person consultations.

Payment & Consultation Policies

Consultation Fees & Payment

Consultation pricing and service details will be provided before scheduling a session.

Payment may be required in advance to confirm and reserve consultation appointments.

All prices, fees, and services are subject to change at any time.

Scheduling & Availability

Consultation availability may vary based on scheduling and business hours.

While every effort will be made to accommodate preferred appointment times, specific availability cannot be guaranteed.

Virtual and in-person private consultations may be available depending on location and scheduling availability.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide as much notice as possible.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to partial or full forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future scheduling.

Rescheduling Policy

Families may request to reschedule appointments when needed.

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

Rescheduled appointments must be confirmed in advance and are not guaranteed until approved.

Missed Appointments / No-Shows

If a client does not attend a scheduled consultation without notice, the appointment may be considered forfeited.

No-shows may not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Refund Policy

Due to the time, preparation, and personalized nature of consultations and educational services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been delivered.

If a cancellation occurs before services are provided, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Downloadable resources, digital guides, workshops, and educational materials are non-refundable.

Travel & In-Person Services

In-person consultations may be available within certain service areas.

Additional travel fees may apply depending on location, travel distance, and appointment type.

Travel-related details and fees will be discussed before confirming in-person appointments.

Workshops & Group Sessions

Workshops and group educational sessions are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Participation in workshops does not create a therapist-client, medical provider, or counseling relationship.

Parents remain responsible for decisions regarding their child’s care and routines.
